Step-by-step guide: How to get started?
Step 1: Registration
Registration is simple: enter your email, set a password, add your Messenger contacts (Telegram/WhatsApp), and confirm your email.

Step 2: Demo access & questionnaire
Right after signing up, you get demo access. You can explore the dashboard, review available offers, and explore all features. Live traffic is disabled at this stage — learn how the platform works first.
To unlock full access, complete the chatbot questionnaire. You’ll be asked:
- What type of traffic do you run?
- Which verticals have you worked with before?
- Which traffic sources are you using now (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Email, etc.)?
- Which sources do you plan to use with Trafee?
- Do you work solo or as a team?
- How long have you been in the affiliate space?
- What’s your expected monthly revenue?
- Do you have stats or screenshots to share?
Be honest and detailed. This helps us understand your experience level and recommend the right offers and GEOs faster.
Step 3: Account approval
Once you submit the questionnaire, your profile goes to a manager for review. It usually takes 1–2 hours (up to 2 days).

What to do after approval?
Once your account is approved, you choose your approach: use AI Smartlinks or work directly with single offers.

Setting up tracking and postbacks
This step is CRITICAL. Without proper tracking, you’re basically flying blind — you won’t know which sources, creatives, or GEOs are actually making you money.
When you create a Smartlink or pick an offer, the system generates a base link. This link works, but it’s only a starting point. To properly track performance by sources, placements, and campaigns, you need to add parameters.
Use the subsource parameter to break traffic down by source. In your reports, you’ll clearly see which segments bring conversions and which ones just burn the budget. That’s how you quickly cut losers and scale winners.
If you’re using an external tracker (Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, Keitaro, etc.), you must set up postback tracking. That’s how Trafee sends conversion data back to your tracker.
Simply go to your Trafee dashboard, open the postback section, and paste your tracker’s postback URL. We automatically insert the correct tokens and variables, so your tracker receives real-time info on every conversion.
We also support multi-postback — you can send conversion data to multiple systems simultaneously (for example, your main tracker and team BI).
Test conversion
Before sending a serious volume, you MUST run a test conversion. It takes 5–10 minutes and can literally save you from losing hundreds or thousands due to wrong tracking.
Steps:
- Message your manager: “Need a test conversion.”
- Your manager will generate a test lead (test registration or purchase).
- Check the following: Did the conversion appear in your Trafee dashboard? Did the data reach your external tracker? Do the numbers match in both systems? Did all your subsource parameters pass correctly?
If everything is synced and accurate, you’re ready to go live. If not, fix the setup with your manager before sending real traffic.
Skipping this step is one of the most common reasons beginners lose money: they launch traffic without verifying postbacks, and they can’t see what actually works.
Launch and scale
Start with tests. Don’t burn $500/day from day one on an untested setup. Launch a test with $50–100 and monitor performance. You’ll usually see the first results within a few hours.
Your dashboard shows:

- Device breakdown (mobile, desktop, tablet)
